NP Placers, Nevada

The property is located in Nevada’s Battle Mountain-Eureka Trend and is situated between the Fire Creek and Gold Acres gold deposits*. EMX receives the greater of a 4% NSR royalty or 50 cents/cubic yard from alluvial gold operations on the property in addition to yearly lease payments. The property is leased and operated by New Gold Recovery, a subsidiary of Pacific Gold Corp. EMX’s NP Placers royalty asset was acquired as part of the Bullion Monarch merger in 2012.
